A Suite at the Renaissance Hotel | Nashville Tennessee | 2.25.10

This was an interesting little concert. I showed up at 10am a Suite at the Renaissance Hotel to have some mimosas, a little breakfast and to hear a few songs by Arista Nashville recording artist Jerrod Niemann. The show was a lot of fun and Jerrod is really entertaining once he showed up. He was a tad bit late and I’m pretty sure a little hung over from the night before. But when he did show up and performed I thought the songs were great, he told funny told jokes and had a guitar plastered with booze labels.

He killed it for being someone that was playing for about 40 people in a hotel suite with just his guitar on voice not even a P.A. With songs “Another Drinking Song” and “Lover Lover” it was a great way to start off my day in Nashville. Man again this city is full of so many talented people.

I would suggest having a few beers and listening to the stories in some of the drinking songs. There from the heart and he writes from experience.
