Lady Antebellum
Wednesday, February 24th at Hard Rock Café, Nashville Tennessee

lady antebellumOn the night that Lady Antebellum would receive plaques for selling one million records of their 2nd album “Need You Now” that has only been out for thirty days; it made me think about when I first met them.  They did a lunch promo for listeners at the country radio station I worked at during the day. The then nervous and talented trio performed a few songs that sounded great and even back then they were very nice to their soon to be fans hearing them for the first time. It’s great to see now that they are the biggest band in Nashville, and that they are still so respectful to everyone that helped them get where they are today.

Oh, and their live show is one of the most fun, energetic and exciting shows in county music. It’s amazing to see them in a club that only fits about 300 people because you know that they will be playing arenas from now on. After the thunderbolt that was the first few songs of the set Lady Antebellum brought Luke Bryan on stage to sing on one of their songs he wrote that became Luke’s first #1 hit.

lady antebellumThe crowd interaction was amazing as they would invite the crowd to sing along, put microphones in the crowd and just point and 300 people who would yell the lyrics and clap there hands. Overall the Lady Antebellum show at the Hard Rock Café was a fantastic experience and the most fun by any band playing in Nashville on this night.

If you have not heard of them then you’ve been hiding under a rock and can check out their music HERE!

Also be sure to check out “Hello World” It sounded fantastic live tonight.
