Trailer Choir
KIX 96 Studios on Wednesday, October 7th 2009

trailer choirLast night thirty or so listeners were treated with a mini concert from Trailer Choir at the KIX 96 Studios. Trailer Choir christened the KIX 96 Studios, for this was the first official concert held there! Delicious food was provided by Crossroads, and as everyone got settled with their snacks Trailer Choir took the stage.

The first few notes I wrote down were animated, funny, clear strong harmonies, and great personalities. Vinny can dance really well and he can do the worm, that is impressive!

Trailer Choir played “Rollin Through the Sunshine,” “Rockin’ the Beer Gut,” “What Would You Say,” “Off the Hillbilly Hook,” and many more! Crystal even killed a country version of “I will Survive.” Rollin Through the Sunshine made me want a to sip on a rum and coke, great summer song!

They had a lot of funny stories to share and one about how Toby Keith first met them and how he loved the song Rockin’ the Beer Gut.  In which they did a choreographed dance too during that song for us!

Their music will put you in a great mood with a smile on your face and who doesn’t like that. People can relate to the lyrics, sing along and have a good time. When really that is what music is about!

On stage and off they were laughing and having a good time and that really set the tone for the night. Everyone got autographs and their photo’s taken, before they left to go home for the evening.

I am really excited to see where these kids go because they have the energy and music to get them there. Oh and don’t mention Perkin’s around them, sore subject. Holla!
